Sex Education Coach

I am a sexuality educator, pleasure, intimacy, and wellness coach,  and certified positive psychology practitioner. I am trauma-informed, healing-focused, and social justice-oriented.  I work with people to help them create the sex life they desire, thrive in their intimate relationships, and make healthy choices by providing them with scientifically accurate and inclusive information. I believe that sexual well-being is connected to physical, emotional, and mental health, and is an important component of whole-body wellness.

I am happily married to my husband for 26 years, and has 4 amazing daughters, and 2 sweet dogs. I have a BA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania with a focus in Marketing from The Wharton School.  Prior to embarking on a career in sexuality education, I had a 20-year career in Advertising and Marketing.  My path to becoming a sexuality educator/coach has involved years of studying human sexuality, writing a thesis paper on Sex & Advertising, and experiencing my own healing.  I am a supporting member of the American Association of Sexuality Educator, Counselors & Therapists (AASECT) and have advanced training in sexual health and wellness.

I take pride in my ability to take the “boo” out of taboo.  With compassionate and non-judgemental support, I address myths, fear, and shame and normalize conversations around sexuality, pleasure, and intimacy.

I help people vibrantly navigate transitions, including midlife, perimenopause, and menopause. I explore the many reasons that cause people to disconnect from their sexuality including shame, body image issues, abuse and trauma, stress, physical pain, and fears of intimacy.

As a firm believer in whole-body wellness, I am excited to be a part of Dr. Nikki’s team and the Westport Medical and Wellness Center.
